Role Summary

We are looking for a charismatic, articulate, and camera-ready Anchor to be the face of Narayana Infra’s digital presence. You will lead our property walk-through videos, conduct customer interviews, and host live sessions across our social media platforms. Your goal is to build trust with our audience and make our luxury developments—like Belmond County—come alive through engaging storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

• Property Presenting: Host high-energy walk-through videos for open plots, villas, and farmhouses, highlighting key features and USPs.
• Interviews: Conduct professional and engaging testimonial interviews with clients and stakeholders.
• Script Collaboration: Work with the marketing team to refine scripts, ensuring the tone is professional yet relatable.
• Social Media Presence: Host "Live" sessions on Instagram/Facebook to answer real-time questions from potential buyers.
• Brand Voice: Maintain a consistent, sophisticated, and trustworthy image that aligns with the Narayana Infra brand.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: 1–3 years of experience in anchoring, broadcast journalism, or high-end social media presenting (Real Estate or Lifestyle niche is a plus).
• Communication: Exceptional command over English and Telugu (Hindi is a bonus) with a clear, neutral accent.
• Camera Presence: Highly confident on camera with excellent body language and the ability to improvise.
• Engagement: Ability to take complex real estate details and explain them in a simple, exciting way.
• Adaptability: Comfortable working on-site in various weather conditions for outdoor shoots.

Preferred Attributes

• A background in theater, public speaking, or digital content creation.
• Ability to assist in basic video conceptualization or "hooks" for Reels/Shorts.
• Interest in real estate trends and urban development.
