Narayana Infra is seeking enthusiastic and articulate Anchors to join our team. This full-time junior-level position is open in Hyderabad.Candidates should have 1-6 years of relevant work experience in public speaking, event hosting, or similar roles, and a passion for engaging audiences in the real estate sector.

Qualifications and Skills

• Public Speaking (Mandatory skill): Ability to confidently communicate and engage with large audiences during live events and recorded sessions is essential.
• Time Management: Capable of efficiently organizing scripts, schedules, and activities to ensure smooth event flow and meet strict deadlines.
• On-Camera Presence: Strong and charismatic on-screen persona for maintaining viewer interest and credibility during videos and live streams.
• Content Creation: Ability to conceptualize, develop, and deliver engaging content aligned with brand objectives and campaign goals.
• Presentation Skills: Skilled at clear, persuasive, and professional delivery of information to both live and virtual audiences, enhancing brand visibility.
• Scriptwriting: Proficient in preparing scripts and talking points that maintain audience interest and convey key messages accurately.
• Event Hosting: Experienced in managing and hosting corporate, promotional, and investor events, ensuring seamless execution and guest engagement.
• Brand Promotion: Ability to represent and promote the Narayana Infra brand effectively through diverse channels, boosting company awareness and engagement.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Host live and recorded real estate events, property showcases, and investor meets for Narayana Infra across multiple cities.
• Deliver brand messaging and property highlights with confidence and clarity to attract potential investors and clients.
• Coordinate with the content and marketing teams to create compelling scripts and promotional materials for various campaigns.
• Engage with audiences on digital platforms, responding to questions and facilitating discussions to build trust and rapport.
• Collaborate with the event management team to ensure seamless execution of both virtual and on-ground promotional activities.
• Assist in organizing press conferences, launches, and corporate gatherings, taking charge of the program flow and guest introductions.
• Participate in training and rehearsal sessions to continually enhance presentation, communication, and technical skills.
• Gather feedback from audiences and stakeholders to improve future presentations, increase engagement, and refine brand messaging strategies.

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Languages - Hindi & English

Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹40,000 per month (based on experience)

Accommodation: Free accommodation provided (2BHK apartment)
