Job Description:-
Hands on experience in litigations and arbitration proceedings including dealing with
contractual disputes, formulating replies to legal notices, coordinate with external lawyers, briefing of advocates and counsels on both civil and criminal matters. Writs.
Management of MIS for all litigation worked assigned to the Legal Department of the Company
Well versed with the judicial and court process in India.
Should be able to use judgment, analyse facts and draw logical conclusions
Advising on litigation and pre-litigation matters including troublesome practice matters formulating strategies; drafting and review of associated documentation such as notices, rejoinders, plaints, written statements, etc.; advising on evidentiary related issues.
Should well versed in Drafting.
Filing of Criminal complaints with Police and Civil cases like injunctions, suits relating to contracts/Agreements.
