About the Job
Skills
Should able to:
· Greet and welcome guests / employees as soon as they arrive at office
· Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone call/email with regards to chit enquiries.
· Resolve customer complaints, support with follow up sessions as and when required.
· Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
· Collect cash/cheque from customers and hand over to Manager.
· Generate receipt for payment received from customers, update payment details in the passbook, take Manager / Foreman’s signature and hand over pass book and receipt to customers.
· Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
· Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
· Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via reception desk (monitor visitor logbook, daily attendance register, issue visitor badges, etc.,)
· Update calendar and schedule meetings
· Arrange travel and accommodations as and when required and prepare travel vouchers
Perform other clerical / receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing as per updates received from higher management
Education Qualification:
· Any Degree
· Fluency in English & Kannada (verbal & written)
· Good Communication skills
· Experience will be an added advantage
