Responsibilities:

• Health Coaching and motivation for individuals and families with specific health conditions for improving health outcomes.
• Drawing up personalised care plans for individuals and following up via phone calls.
• Travel to the customers place to serve them @ home/ office when required.
• Providing culturally appropriate health education on topics related to chronic disease prevention, physical activity and nutrition.

Requirements:

• Graduate training in Nursing or relevant courses.
• 1-2 years' experience in any health industry is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills in Telugu, Hindi & English.
• Basic computer skills.
• High motivation levels and ability to work cordially in teams.
