• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and consultants.
• Ensure contracts align with legal, financial, and technical requirements.
• Monitor contract performance, obligations, and compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate with project, procurement, legal, and finance teams for effective contract administration.
• Maintain updated records of all contracts and correspondence related to contractual matters.
• Evaluate claims, variations, and disputes, and assist in resolution strategies.
• Ensure timely renewals, extensions, and close-outs of contracts.
• Salary range - 60,000- 70,000
• Experience - 7 +years
