Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Hotel Security Supervisor for our luxury club and resort in Bengaluru. This is a full-time, mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of relevant work experience. The ideal candidate will oversee the safety and security of our guests, staff, and property, ensuring a secure environment through effective implementation of security strategies.

Qualifications and Skills

• A minimum of 4 to 6 years of experience in security management, preferably in a hospitality setting.
• Proficiency in security protocols and emergency response procedures, ensuring the safety of all occupants.
• Advanced skills in surveillance monitoring to detect and respond to potential security threats in a timely manner.
• Strong team leadership abilities to manage and motivate a security team effectively.
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate with other departments and handle security concerns professionally.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Overseeing the security operations of the club and resort, ensuring the safety of guests, employees, and property.
• Implementing and maintaining security protocols, guidelines, and procedures to manage and mitigate risks.
• Conducting regular surveillance and inspections to identify and address potential security issues.
• Training and supervising the security team, ensuring proficient handling of security equipment and procedures.
• Responding promptly and effectively to security incidents and emergencies, coordinating with local law enforcement as needed.
• Preparing detailed reports on security incidents, daily activities, and ensuring accurate documentation.
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless operations and adherence to safety regulations.
• Maintaining a high level of customer service by addressing guests' concerns related to security and safety.
