We are looking for a competitive and trustworthy Male Chat Support Representative to help us build up our business activities.

Responsibilities

·        Resolve customer complaints via phone, email or social media

·        Use telephones to reach out to customers and verify account information

·        Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges.

·        Greet customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for calling

·       Create the MIS Report on a daily basis

Requirements

• Excellent verbal & Written English with a passion for customer service
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office, MS Excel, Google Sheet
• Thorough understanding of sales and negotiating techniques
• Fast learner and passion for sales
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
• Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
