Roles and Responsibilities

  • Identifying New Markets- Must work towards attracting new customers and generating leads through local activities like organizing canopy activities/cold calling and etc.
  • To service, the leads referred by sales front/cross/selling or other channels
  • To deliver a high quality client service and customer retention approach to managing client relationships to enhance sales and new client growth targets.
  • Achieve agreed individual performance targets for income generation, sales and new client growth targets.
  • Login to disbursement completion, fulfillment, counseling and hand holding the customer through the entire process of sanction and disbursement
  • Building the relationship in the Market by meeting the Different banks, Local Builders, Business communities and new channels

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Prepare database of customers with proper contact.
  • We are looking for highly energetic, self-motivated individuals to join our Sales team.
  • Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role.
  • We are looking for professionals with passion, dedication, commitment and who have the flair to achieve the given targets.
