Job Overview

We are looking for a talented Social Media Manager with 1 to 3 years of experience to join our team at AS-IT-IS Nutrition (MELTING POT CONCEPTS PRIVATE LIMITED). As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for creating and implementing the company's social media strategy, growing our online presence, and engaging with our target audience. This is a full-time position based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.

Qualifications and Skills

• 1 to 3 years of experience in social media management, preferably in the health and wellness industry
• Strong understanding of various social media platforms and their best practices
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Creative thinking and the ability to generate engaging content
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret social media data
• Familiarity with social media management tools and analytics platforms
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple social media accounts

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness and customer engagement
• Manage and create content for all social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn
• Monitor social media trends and competitors' activities to identify new opportunities and stay ahead in the market
• Engage with our target audience and respond to their inquiries and comments in a timely and professional manner
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective social media campaigns and promotions
• Analyze social media data and generate insights and reports to track the success of campaigns and make data-driven decisions
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices and trends
• Manage social media advertising and budget allocation to maximize the ROI
• Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers and industry partners for collaborations and brand promotions
