Who We’re Looking For

 We’re looking for a go getter, who thinks outside the box and is good at problem solving. You must have:

• 2 - 4 years of relevant experience, managing an E-commerce WH 
• Creative problem solving and great communication skills
• Experience with WMS preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)
• Willing to travel to the WH 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday)

What You’ll Do?

This is a dynamic and creative role in a high-growth start-up. Given that our brand deals with sensitive subjects like sexual wellness, seamless delivery and customer happiness is what keeps us going. Here are some things that we’d want you to help lead and execute: 

• Ensure the warehouse operates at peak efficiency: supervising and training warehouse employees and establishing, monitoring, and managing operation goals.
• Plan and identify root causes of inventory deviation through cause and effect analysis: Conduct daily cycle counts and highlight any stock mismatch
• Ensure smooth movement of items within and out of the WH: FEFO & FIFO management, proper quality checks, Distribution (Mid-mile & Last mile Logistic), planning & managing reverse logistic
• Train and manage a warehouse team to solve day-to-day operational issues and achieve short and long-term performance goals.
