Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Education Counselor who can guide students in making informed decisions about studying abroad, specifically in programs like MBBS. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in EdTech, excellent communication skills, and experience in the education sector abroad.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Provide expert counseling services to students interested in studying abroad, focusing on MBBS and other medical programs

- Conduct needs assessments to identify students' strengths, weaknesses, and interests

- Develop and implement personalized education plans for students

- Build relationships with students, parents, and international educational institutions

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, educational policies, and admission requirements for study abroad programs

- Meet sales targets and conversion rates

- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve student queries and concerns

Requirements:

- 2+ years of experience in EdTech industry, specifically in study abroad counseling

- Proven track record of success in counseling students for study abroad programs, particularly in MBBS

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

- Strong analytical and organizational skills

Salary:

- Upto ₹35,000 per month
