Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Academic Counsellor with prior experience in online admission sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for converting leads into admissions by effectively pitching academic programs to prospective students. The role involves understanding student needs, offering appropriate course recommendations, and achieving enrollment targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective students and parents.

- Understand academic background and career goals of leads to suggest suitable programs.

- Deliver professional and persuasive program presentations via phone, email, or video call.

- Follow up with leads through CRM and ensure timely closure of admissions.

- Meet or exceed monthly admission targets and KPIs.

- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and conversions.

- Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding of students.

- Stay updated on the latest course offerings, market trends, and competitor strategies.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree (preferred: in Education, Business, or related fields).

- Minimum 1 years of proven experience in EdTech/academic counselling/admissions sales.

- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet aggressive targets.

- Fluency in English and Hindi .

Preferred Skills:

- Prior experience in B2C educational sales.

- Understanding of various online education platforms.

- Ability to build trust and rapport with diverse student demographics.
