1. Generate new customer leads through various channels
2. Proactively identify sales prospects and conduct business development activities in the
geography assigned
3. Follow up on new leads and referrals to generate business
4. Achieving the monthly sales targets, assigned to him/her, for various products and
services
5. Cross sell assets and free products
6. Follow the various internal guidelines and procedures of MCM
7. Ensure customer satisfaction through regular engagement
8. Resolve customer queries/issues and facilitate customer service
9. Maintain periodic status reports, including daily activity report and calls/follow-ups made
10. Recovery and payments from the vendors.
Requirements & Skills
1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, business management, marketing, or related field
is preferred.
2. Proven sales experience.
3. Sound knowledge of sales strategies and industry regulations.
4. Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
6. Excellent negotiation and consultative sales skills.
7. Effective communication skills.
8. Exceptional customer service skills.
