Role Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented HR/Admin Executive to manage our human resources functions and oversee administrative tasks. This role will be responsible for employee relations, payroll support, compliance, office management, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Human Resources:
  1. Employee Relations:
  • Act as the first point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
  • Maintain a positive workplace environment and handle conflict resolution when needed.
  1. Compliance:
  • Ensure HR policies and procedures comply with legal regulations.
  • Maintain updated employee records and confidentiality of information.
  • Administrative Duties:
  1. Office Management:
  • Oversee general office operations including supplies, facilities management, and vendor coordination.
  • Ensure a clean, organized, and efficient workspace.
  1. Record Keeping:
  • Maintain administrative records, contracts, and other documentation.
  • Ensure proper filing systems (physical and digital) are in place.
  1. Event Coordination:
  • Organize internal meetings, training sessions, and corporate events.
  1. Support to Management:
  • Provide administrative support to senior management when required.


Job Requirements:

  • Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2-4 years in HR or administrative roles.
  • Skills:
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of HR best practices.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.


Shifts: 3 PM-12 AM (Male/Female Employees) (Drop-off facility will be provided)
