Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented HR/Admin Executive to manage our human resources functions and oversee administrative tasks. This role will be responsible for employee relations, payroll support, compliance, office management, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Job Responsibilities:
- Human Resources:
- Employee Relations:
- Act as the first point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
- Maintain a positive workplace environment and handle conflict resolution when needed.
- Compliance:
- Ensure HR policies and procedures comply with legal regulations.
- Maintain updated employee records and confidentiality of information.
- Administrative Duties:
- Office Management:
- Oversee general office operations including supplies, facilities management, and vendor coordination.
- Ensure a clean, organized, and efficient workspace.
- Record Keeping:
- Maintain administrative records, contracts, and other documentation.
- Ensure proper filing systems (physical and digital) are in place.
- Event Coordination:
- Organize internal meetings, training sessions, and corporate events.
- Support to Management:
- Provide administrative support to senior management when required.
Job Requirements:
- Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 2-4 years in HR or administrative roles.
- Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge of HR best practices.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Shifts: 3 PM-12 AM (Male/Female Employees) (Drop-off facility will be provided)
