Location: Mohali , India (Onsite)

Experience:-1 to 3 years

Shift : Day (9am to 6pm)

5 days working

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical hiring needs and job specifications.

Source potential candidates through various platforms like job portals, social networks, and employee referrals.

Screen resumes and applications to match the desired technical skills and cultural fit.

Conduct initial phone/video interviews to assess candidates' technical skills, experience, and qualifications.

Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

Utilize advanced sourcing strategies to identify passive candidates and build a strong talent pipeline.

Handle end-to-end recruitment process, from posting job ads to negotiating offers and onboarding.

Maintain candidate database and provide regular recruitment reports and updates to stakeholders.

Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Stay updated with the latest trends in technology and recruitment strategies.
