Salary - 25K Fresher For experience in same profile

Shift :- 9Am to 6Pm /10Am to 7 PM 6 days wfo.  No cab.

Interview: Monday to Friday btw 10 Am to 2 PM .

Greeting all the customers and guiding them about the Lenskart as a brand

and its products.

Contact and maintain cordial relationship with existing Lenskart customers

Being dedicated to customer satisfaction and resolving any concerns that

the customer has

Understanding the telesales system and dialers to ensure that the

transactions are processed effectively and timely

Excellent negotiation skills to close sale

Pitching the customer with an optimal selection of products based on

customer preferences

Understanding the unstated needs of the customer, asking relevant

questions, and picking the right time to pitch the recommended solutions

Achieving the assigned target for sales and conversion and following all

SOP's

Post making the sale, coordination with customer for any queries faced by

them and solving the same.
