We are looking for Manager E commerce

Job Description

  • Facilitate Sales - Drive sales and revenue growth for online store and academies. Assisting Academies/Retailers in boosting their sales & order processing.
  • Orders Management - Placing & Fulfilling orders received from customers. Releasing estimates, sales orders, invoices and PO to customers and vendors.
  • Facilitate Returns – Raise a ticket for order returns, and communicate with customers for returns and replacement resolution. Replacement/return orders are fulfilled in coordination with the fulfillment team.
  • B2B Orders – Coordinating with the fulfillment manager and accounts for placing B2B Orders with the vendors and ensuring timely dispatch and payments. Releasing estimates, sales orders, invoices and PO to vendors. Ensuring orders reconciliation and payments reconciliation. 
  • Catalogue Management – Creating and enhancing the online catalog, content on the website and marketplace. Ensuring that content is SEO optimized and rich with strategic keyword placement to boost traffic through improved rankings in search engine results and meets the content guidelines provided. Recommend timely markdowns on goods and reorders on best sellers.

Customer Support – Responsible for customer communication, like informing customers that their order has shipped or informing them of any delays in distribution, handling customer queries, support tickets, and questions.
