About the Company:

At Muks Robotics AI Pvt. Ltd., we are looking for a Technical Project Manager with a strong background in both hardware and software domains to lead end-to-end project execution. This role requires a unique blend of technical expertise, client communication, and team coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities:

●    Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining clear communication and translating requirements into actionable technical plans.

●    Lead the end-to-end project lifecycle: planning, execution, testing, delivery, and support.

●    Collaborate with hardware engineers (electronics, mechanical, robotics) and software developers (full stack, cloud, APIs) to ensure cohesive solutions.

●    Break down complex multidisciplinary requirements into clear tasks and milestones.

●    Manage project timelines, resources, budgets, and risks, ensuring deliverables are met.

●    Facilitate Agile/Scrum practices: sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.

●    Ensure projects meet technical quality standards in both hardware prototyping and software development.

●    Oversee integration testing between hardware components (PCBs, sensors, actuators) and software modules (cloud, APIs, databases, GUIs).

●    Prepare technical and progress reports, documentation, and presentations for stakeholders.

●    Drive continuous process improvement and adoption of tools/technologies to optimize workflows.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

●    Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related field.

●    Minimum 3+ years of experience managing multidisciplinary projects (hardware + software).

●    Strong understanding of:

Hardware: PCB design, embedded systems, robotics, IoT devices, mechanical prototyping.

Software: Full stack development, APIs, cloud deployment, databases (SQL/NoSQL), real-time data handling.

●    Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, ClickUp, MS Project, Confluence, Asana).

●    Excellent communication, leadership, and client-handling skills.

●    Ability to understand technical discussions and collaborate with engineers effectively.
