that drive automation across industries. We are looking for a results-driven Operations Manager who can seamlessly integrate operational excellence, key account management, and sales responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
● Plan, manage, and oversee daily operational activities across functions to ensure smooth business execution.
● Develop, implement, and continuously refine operational policies, procedures, and best practices.
● Monitor and analyze operational performance, identifying areas for efficiency improvement and cost reduction.
● Manage budgets, forecasts, invoicing, and Purchase Orders (POs), ensuring accurate financial reporting and operational cost-efficiency.
● Lead, train, and evaluate operational team members to drive accountability and high performance.
● Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.
● Prepare detailed reports and present actionable insights to senior management.
● Drive revenue by managing the full sales cycle for key accounts, from lead generation and pitching to negotiation, closure, and post-sales support.
● Identify upselling, cross-selling, and new business opportunities to expand account value and market reach.
● Build strong industry connections and represent the company at client meetings, trade shows, and events.
● Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored proposals and solutions that address client needs.
● Monitor sales pipelines, forecasts, and performance metrics to achieve business targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
● Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; MBA from a reputed institute preferred.
● Minimum 3+ years of experience in operations, key account management, or enterprise sales.
● Strong understanding of organizational effectiveness, business processes, and client engagement.
● Proven success in managing enterprise accounts, closing large deals, and handling C-level relationships.
● Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and sales operations (invoicing, POs, CRM tools).
● Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and leadership skills.
● Proficiency in MS Office Suite, ERP, CRM, and business management software.
● Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
● Ability to thrive independently in a fast-paced startup environment.
