About the Role:


We are looking for a proactive and organized Office Admin & Accounts Intern to support the smooth day-to-day operations of our office. The role involves handling administrative tasks, maintaining office supplies, coordinating with vendors, and assisting with basic accounting and expense tracking activities.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Office Administration

  • Oversee daily office operations including housekeeping, maintenance, and facility management.
  • Maintain and organize records, files, service contracts, and office documentation.
  • Conduct routine checks of office premises for cleanliness, safety, and upkeep along with the office boy.

2. Front Office & Coordination

  • Greet and assist visitors, manage calls, and handle courier/dispatch activities.
  • Support meeting arrangements, conference room scheduling, and front desk upkeep.

3. Vendor & Inventory Management

  • Coordinate with vendors for office supplies, housekeeping, and maintenance needs.
  • Track and maintain office and pantry inventory; ensure timely restocking.

4. Expense & Accounts Support

  • Maintain petty cash records and expense tracking.
  • Prepare vendor bills, reimbursements, and coordinating for payments.
  • Support basic financial documentation and data entry.
  • Assist in reconciliations and preparation of simple financial reports.
  • Provide support during audits and monthly closing activities.

5. Asset & Record Management

  • Maintain the asset sheet and assist in tagging, tracking, and periodic audits of office equipment.


Required Qualification & Skills:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace.
  • Strong communication, organizational and negotiation skills.
  • Experience in handling multi-vendor environments and petty cash.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.
  • Attention to detail and a positive, responsible attitude.


Nice to Have:


  • Experience with asset tracking software or ERP systems.
  • Exposure to working in fast-paced tech or robotics/engineering environments.
  • Familiarity with basic procurement processes and inventory controls.
