Roles & Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement cutting-edge machine learning and deep learning models for robotics and automation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Robotics, Embedded, Software) to integrate AI models into real-time robotic systems.
• Lead end-to-end AI/ML project lifecycles – from data collection, preprocessing, model training, evaluation, and deployment.
• Optimize models for performance and real-time inference on edge devices.
• Research and implement novel algorithms and techniques from recent AI/ML publications.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Monitor and maintain deployed models, ensuring robustness and accuracy over time.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
• Strong understanding of machine learning, deep learning (CNNs, RNNs, Transformers), and computer vision.
• Hands-on experience with AI model deployment (TensorRT, ONNX, Docker, etc.).
• Experience with data pipelines, data augmentation, and annotation tools.
• Good knowledge of algorithms, data structures, and system design.
• Familiarity with ROS (Robot Operating System), edge computing, or real-time inference is a strong plus.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, Robotics, or related fields.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant industry experience in AI/ML with successful project deliveries.
• Publications in top AI/ML conferences (optional but desirable).
