Job Overview
We are seeking a Loan Sales Executive to join our dynamic team in Sector, Noida. As a full-time executive, you will play a crucial role in helping customers navigate their loan options and securing the best financial products. This position requires a proactive approach in engaging with clients and driving loan origination processes.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience in loan origination, which is mandatory for this position to handle the full cycle of loan applications (Mandatory skill).
- Excellent communication skills are required to effectively interact with clients and explain financial concepts clearly.
- Strong lead generation capability to identify potential clients and drive sales of loan products.
- Ability to analyze client's financial needs and suggest appropriate financial products tailored to their requirements.
- A proactive customer-centric approach with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Efficient time management skills to handle multiple client requests and ensure timely processing of loan applications.
- Operative teamwork skills to collaborate with fellow loan specialists and ensure a seamless borrowing experience for customers.
- Good understanding of financial market trends to stay informed about changes and advise clients accordingly.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Initiate and manage loan origination activities to ensure fast and accurate processing of customer applications.
- Engage with potential clients to understand their borrowing needs and offer relevant loan products.
- Guide clients through the entire loan process, ensuring clarity and understanding at all stages.
- Identify new sales opportunities through various lead generation strategies to expand the customer base.
- Proactively maintain knowledge of current financial products and services offered by partner banks and NBFCs.
- Work closely with lenders and other internal teams to ensure a smooth transfer of information.
- Follow up with clients post-loan disbursement to ensure customer satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions for reporting and analysis purposes.
