Associate, Student Recruitment (ASR)

The Role

MSM Unify is looking for a young, qualified and confident Associate, Student Recruitment to promote business development by working closely and building strong relationships with the students aspiring for international education, their parents, student bodies, etc. to help make MSM Unify the top platform in its space. ASR shall report to the Manager – Recruitment & Support (MRS) or to the Team Leader (TL).

What You’ll Do

●     Establish and maintain positive, productive relationships with potential international education aspirants and their parents.

●     Need to generate client leads from identified sources

●     You will be approaching/communicating and convincing for Tie-ups, presentations, or Foreign university tours to the key decision maker like admission director, Trustee, principal, registrar, and chairman in the elite schools, Colleges, IELTS coaching centers etc.

●     End to End process of Channel partners onboarding to student counseling

●      1-5 years of relevant work experience with age up to 30,

●      Exploring the assigned territory for new lead sources.

●      Plan events with channel partners

●      Participate in relevant events and activities in the territory.

●     Work independently with minimal supervision

●     Exercise sound judgment and maintain a high degree of confidentiality in all transactions


Who We’re Looking For

●     Looking for a smart, presentable, effective communicator, a self-driven responsible team member with skills in business development, partnership, and sales from higher education i.e. Overseas education is preferred but can be also from the Education industry.

●     Degree in marketing, business management, or similar field

●      Should have sound knowledge of the territory assigned.

●     Should be disciplined, capable of handling pressure, open to work as per company timing

●     Experience in identifying opportunities and challenges for business development

●     Good verbal and written communication skills (in English, Hindi, & local languages)

●     Good networking skills

●     Open to traveling

●     Having a 2-wheeler is must
