Job Overview
We are hiring a HR Assistant to join our team at MQS Technologies Private Limited. As a HR Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the HR department in various tasks, including recruitment, office administration, and employee relations. This is a full-time contract position based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. We are looking for a fresher with less than 1 year of experience in HR.
Qualifications and Skills
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal, with fluency in English and Hindi.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Basic understanding of HR principles and practices.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with employees.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
- Knowledge of email and calendar management.
- Familiarity with recruitment processes and techniques.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment activities, including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.
- Maintain HR records and documentation, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Support the HR team in employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Assist in the administration of HR policies and procedures.
- Coordinate training and development programs for employees.
- Handle employee queries and provide guidance on HR-related matters.
- Assist in organizing company events and employee engagement initiatives.
- Contribute to the maintenance of HR databases and systems.
- Prepare HR reports and presentations for management.
- Stay updated with HR trends and best practices to support continuous improvement.
