job Title: System Engineer - DCS / Safety System

Roles and Responsibilities:

 Reviewing the Project technical requirements, Specifications and

Standard. Preparation and review of work procedure and hardware/ software.

 DCS - CentumVP / Safety System - Prosafe RS expertise – to be able to work

independently on System Hardware.

 Reporting to the Project Manager on day to day activities.

 Good understanding of the Sub-system interface. Good Knowledge on HART,

FIELDBUS, MODBUS technologies and Safety Specifications

 Assisting the Project Manager and Senior Project Engineer as and when

required for technical issues. .

 Coordination with Document Controller for Control of Project documentation

and QC Engineer for Inspection and Testing related activities.

 Participating in site acceptance tests, commissioning and start-up activities.

 Adhering to the Project Schedule & Project Quality Plan.

Qualifications:

 A Degree in Engineering Field, Preferably in Instrumentation or Electronics or

Electrical.

 Minimum 2-8 years experience in the field of Instrumentation, Yokogawa’s

DCS Centum-VP/CS3000 and Yokogawa’s Prosafe-RS Safety System

 TUV Functional Safety Engineer Certification (Preferable)

Competencies:

 Team Player.

 Project Design Engineering analysis and techniques.

 Strong Leadership quality.
