Role Overview

We are seeking an AI Engineer to lead and scale our GenAI and LLM-based systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Build AI agents using Langchain or similar frameworks
• Integrate & manage vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus)
• Fine-tune LLMs for better performance and relevance
• Collaborate cross-functionally to embed GenAI in products
• Lead AI model training, deployment & monitoring
• Apply data-driven algorithms for insights and personalization
• Ensure scalability, privacy & security of AI systems
• Stay ahead with AI/ML trends and apply best practices
• Mentor and support team members in AI domains

Qualifications

• B.Tech/M.Tech in CS, AI, or related fields
• 3+ years in AI/ML roles
• Proficient in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch
• Hands-on with LLM deployment & production environments
• Understanding of data privacy & ethics in AI
• Strong analytical and collaboration skills
