We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Performance Marketing Trainee to join our dynamic marketing team. This internship offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in performance marketing and digital advertising while contributing to the growth of our brand. As an intern, you will support various performance marketing campaigns across multiple channels and assist in optimising digital campaigns to achieve measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the setup and management of paid campaigns across various digital platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Conduct keyword research and audience targeting to ensure the campaigns reach the right demographic.
• Support in creating and optimising ad copy and creatives for different campaigns.
• Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS, Conversion Rates, etc.).
• Assist with A/B testing of ad creatives, targeting options, and landing pages.
• Help manage ad budgets and ensure proper allocation across campaigns.
• Prepare and assist in compiling campaign performance reports, providing actionable insights.
• Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of digital campaigns.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm new strategies and campaign ideas.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in performance marketing.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts and performance marketing channels.
• Familiarity with advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads, etc.
• Knowledge of Google Analytics or other analytics tools is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify key insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of performance marketing.
