Job Description:

As a Graphic Designer, your role encompasses creating visually compelling designs for diverse digital and print channels. A robust portfolio demonstrating your design skills and a fervent passion for innovative visual storytelling are essential attributes for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

1) Create visually-compelling designs for digital and print materials, including but not limited to websites, social media graphics, brochures, flyers, posters, and advertisements.

2) Develop brand identities, including logos, color schemes, typography, and other visual elements, that align with the organization's goals and target audience.

3) Collaborate with clients, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements, provide design recommendations, and incorporate feedback into final deliverables.

4) Use industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) or other relevant tools to create and edit visual assets.

5) Ensure design consistency across different projects and platforms to reinforce brand identity and enhance user experience.

6) Stay updated with current design trends, techniques, and technologies to continuously improve skills and deliver innovative design solutions.

7) Manage time effectively and prioritize tasks to meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality work within the given timeframe.

8) Incorporate constructive feedback from clients and colleagues to refine designs and improve project outcomes.

9) Maintain organized file structures and adhere to naming conventions to ensure easy access to project files and efficient collaboration with team members.

10) Assist in other design-related tasks and projects as needed.

Requirement:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a graphic designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing creative and innovative design work across various platforms.
• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Sketch, or similar tools.
• Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present and explain design concepts to clients and team members.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
