Mandatory Requirement - Experience in DP -Operations

Job Description:

• To manage and lead the DP & Settlement Unit with highest standard of professional ethics.
• Ensuring best in class processes with industry standard practices      
• Drafting processes and procedure for clearing, settlement & depository services mechanism.
• Developing and maintain smooth and favorable relationship with exchanges
• Liasoning with various depository and settlement agencies such as NSDL and CDSL
• Ensuring high quality standard in depository participant processes and all audit related matters
• Control resources and utilize assets to achieve qualitative and quantitative standards set for clearing and settlement processes
• Act as mentor for team member to enhance their knowledge and skills in proactive manner.
• Collaborate and consult with other directors and other heads of various departments to ensure that settlement and clearing processes objectives are aligned with quality standards, strategies, and goals
• Preparing matrix for resolving service issue of client at various levels
• Managing LAS function with banks
• Collection of DP related charges & penalties
• To ensure smooth clearing process of pay in and pay out of securities in co-ordination other related departments
• Reconcile trade discrepancies on daily basis and manage risks associated with settlement failure
