Job Location - Goregaon-East

Qualification: CA/CFA/MBA from leading business schools. 

Job description-

·      Will be responsible for Business Development and origination of mandates for Fundraising through Debt

·      Strong connections & networking with various lenders which includes Banks, NBFCs, Debt Funds, etc.

·     Ability to understand and prepare funding proposal for clients for products such as Term loan, Working Capital loan, Project Financing, External Commercial Borrowing, etc.

·      Understanding the business model/ project and assessing the finance requirement

·      Ability to prepare Information Memorandum, financial model and other transaction documents for submission of proposal to various lenders

·      Managing Marketing Activities of the Company by participating in various Meets & Seminars

·      Handling existing corporate relationships of the firm and analyzing possible business opportunities
