A Large Affordable Housing Loan Corporate having PAN India Presence (25+ Branches) is hiring for Senior Sales Manager for Mumbai , Thane and Navi Mumbai
The Candidate will be responsible for leading direct sales efforts of loan against property products through real estate brokers and other indirect channels. With a minimum of 2 years of industry experience, this role involves managing the end-to-end sales process, providing credit query resolution, and building strong relationships with key clients and brokers.
The Senior Manager - Channel Sales will work independently to drive business growth and ensure exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
1. Business Development:
• Identify potential clients through real estate brokers and other indirect channels.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with real estate brokers to generate
consistent leads.
• Attend networking events and industry functions to expand the customer base.
2. Sales Process Management:
• Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation to loan closure.
• Conduct thorough needs assessments and recommend suitable loan products to
clients.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate information about loan
options.
3. Credit Query Resolution:
• Act as the main point of contact for clients regarding credit-related queries and
concerns.
• Collaborate with the credit team to address and resolve customer queries promptly.
• Ensure a smooth and efficient credit evaluation process for loan applications.
4. Achieving Sales Targets:
• Set and achieve ambitious sales targets on a regular basis.
• Demonstrate a proactive approach to meeting and exceeding sales goals.
5. Customer Service:
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients throughout the loan application
process.
• Address any customer concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
6. Market Research:
• Stay informed about the latest industry trends, competitor activities, and market
conditions.
• Utilize market insights to identify new business opportunities and tailor sales
strategies.
7. Sales Reporting:
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales reports for management review.
• Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and optimize performance.
