A Wealth Advisory Corporate based out of Mumbai is hiring for HR-Ops
· Academic/Qualification: MBA
· Experience: Profile with 4 - 6 years of experience in HR operations, Payroll, and Compliance.
The position holder shall be responsible for:
· Manage end-to-end payroll processes, including calculations of wages, taxes, and other deductions
· Ensure timely and accurate payment of salaries and benefits to employees
· Maintain employee records, including personal and employment details, time and attendance records, and performance evaluations
· Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.
· Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, including labor laws, tax laws, and data protection laws.
· Prepare and file reports to regulatory bodies, such as the Department of Labor, Social Security Administration, and IRS
· Provide support to HR team members and line managers on HR-related matters.
· Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and best practices
· Continuously monitor and improve HR operations and payroll processes to increase efficiency and accuracy.
