Job Responsibilities :

• Managing PMS Operations & related Client Servicing aspects of the job

• Handle Operations across various Asset & Product class i.e. Direct Equity, Mutual Funds, Bonds, Alternate Asset class (AIF) etc

• Responsible for Billing Clients as per agreed fee plan (Fixed & variable).

• Operations activities such as client activation, redemptions, Corporate Actions, trade allocation/reporting and settlement, client reporting, day end processing etc

• Various reconciliations (Bank, Stock etc)

• Identifying additional systems requirement & working with vendors to test the systems deployed.

• Handling audit queries.

• MIS reporting to management

• Through knowledge of NAV Calculation • Ensuring & following compliance requirements, including SEBI reporting, Returns computation as per guidelines

Academic Qualification and Experience:

• Postgraduate (MBA in Finance is preferable) with a minimum of 10-15 years of experience

• Should have worked as Operations Manager in PMS, Wealth Management or with a Custodian in Fund Accounting function

• Should have a good understanding of products across asset class
