Roles and Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to clients and prospects, introducing financial products such as mutual funds, bonds, and fixed deposit offerings.
• Actively listen to customer queries and provide detailed and accurate information on products and investment opportunities.
• Assist clients in understanding product benefits and help them make informed financial decisions suited to their needs.
• Maintain detailed call logs and update CRM systems as required to ensure seamless customer follow-up and ongoing engagement.
• Meet assigned targets on call volume and conversions while adhering to company policies and quality standards at all times.
• Address customer complaints and resolve issues with professionalism and empathy, escalating unresolved matters appropriately.
• Keep abreast of the latest updates and regulations in the financial services sector to provide timely and accurate information.
• Work collaboratively with team members and management to optimize processes and continuously improve the customer experience.
