• Conduct outbound cold calls to generate new leads for various financial products such as mutual funds, government bonds, and debenture
• Engage with prospects and clients to provide information regarding the company’s suite of financial offerings and services.
• Assist clients in understanding and selecting suitable financial products based on their requirements and risk appetite.
• Maintain updated records of customer interactions, follow-ups, and progress in sales management systems for reporting and analysis.
• Coordinate with team members to support sales initiatives and contribute to collective targets and objectives.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to prospective and existing clients, ensuring their queries and concerns are addressed in a timely manner.
• Stay updated with the latest trends, products, and compliance standards in the financial services industry.
• Participate in training sessions, workshops, and regular team meetings to continuously improve domain knowledge and sales effectiveness.
