Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior Finance Manager to join our team at our Goregaon location. This full-time role requires 7 to 10 years of relevant experience in financial management, analysis, and reporting within the financial services industry. The successful candidate will play a critical role in driving the company’s financial strategy and ensuring robust financial control and compliance.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience in financial reporting (Mandatory skill), including the preparation and interpretation of financial statements aligning with industry standards and statutory regulations.
• Extensive expertise in forecasting to anticipate financial trends and assist senior management in making informed strategic decisions based on predictive analytics.
• Advanced cash flow management competencies to ensure funds are efficiently managed, with robust liquidity and effective planning for all operational needs.
• Comprehensive knowledge of financial analysis, allowing for detailed review of performance metrics, KPIs, and development of actionable recommendations.
• Demonstrated proficiency in audit management, including leading and coordinating statutory and internal audits across multi-functional teams.
• Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is required, with up-to-date knowledge of tax laws, compliance, and regulatory frameworks.
• Strong background in budgeting to systematically prepare, monitor, and control budgets, ensuring allocations align with organizational goals.
• In-depth understanding of accounts payable and receivable processes to oversee accurate and efficient transaction management and record-keeping.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Oversee complete financial reporting processes, ensuring timeliness and accuracy of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Lead forecasting activities to provide actionable financial projections and business modeling in alignment with strategic objectives and market developments.
• Manage the company’s cash flow, analyzing liquidity needs and optimizing working capital to support ongoing and future business initiatives.
• Develop, implement, and monitor financial controls and policies to safeguard company assets and ensure adherence to compliance standards.
• Partner with cross-functional teams, including operations, sales, and leadership, to drive budgeting processes and deliver variance analyses.
• Coordinate and facilitate statutory, internal, and external audits, acting as a primary point of contact to auditors and regulatory authorities.
• Monitor the accounts payable and receivable cycles to ensure timely settlement of obligations and accurate revenue recognition.
• Contribute to strategic planning initiatives by providing analytical support and recommendations to senior management regarding investments, new projects, or cost savings.
