Position: Senior Art Director & Team Leader (For a Branding Agency)

Role Overview:

We’re looking for a Senior Art Director & Team Leader who can bring big-picture thinking and fine- detail execution to the table. You’ll not only shape the visual direction of brands but also guide and grow a team of talented designers. This is a role for someone who thrives on solving problems with design, and leads with inspiration, clarity, and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and lead the creative vision across multiple branding, communication, and digital design projects

• Transform strategic briefs into breakthrough creative concepts and visual stories

• Mentor, manage, and motivate a small team of designers and visualizers

• Ensure a high standard of creative execution across all touchpoints—from identity and packaging to digital and campaign assets

• Collaborate with copywriters, strategists, and client teams to deliver unified, insight-driven solutions

• Contribute to new business pitches and client presentations with compelling creative direction

Software Skills:

• Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop

• Motion graphics skills (After Effects or equivalent) are a plus

• Familiarity with digital/UI design tools (Figma, XD) is a bonus

Qualifications:

• Degree in Commercial Arts, Visual Communication, or a related design discipline

• 6+ years of experience in a creative/design leadership role at a brand, studio, or agency

Location:

Seawoods Grand Central, Business Tower, Navi Mumbai

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Salary:

Based on experience and current CTC. Typically offering a 15–30% hike for the right candidate.
