Position: Account Director & Group Head (Client Servicing) for a Branding Agency

About the Role:

We’re looking for an experienced Account Director & Group Head to lead our client relationships, drive strategic growth, and ensure exceptional delivery across branding, marketing, and digital mandates.

This is a leadership role for someone who understands the nuances of brand building and can align teams, clients, and creative outcomes toward shared goals. You’ll be the go-to partner for clients and an internal anchor for multidisciplinary teams.


Key Responsibilities:

• Lead client engagements with a deep understanding of their business, category, and ambitions

• Translate client needs into strategic briefs and ensure sharp, creative solutions from the team

• Manage and grow key accounts across branding, digital, communication, and campaign projects

• Collaborate closely with internal teams (strategy, design, content, digital) to ensure seamless execution

• Own project planning, delivery, and profitability across your accounts

• Present work with clarity, insight, and confidence—building trust and rapport with senior stakeholders

• Identify opportunities for organic growth and contribute to new business efforts

• Mentor and manage a team of account managers and brand executives


What You Bring:

• Proven expertise in client servicing, brand strategy, or account management

• Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

• The ability to lead with clarity and calm—even in high-pressure environments

• A sharp eye for brand thinking, design, and creative alignment

• A proactive and growth-driven mindset


Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or related field


• 7+ years of experience in client servicing/account management roles—preferably in creative or

branding agencies


Location:

Seawoods Grand Central, Business Tower, Navi Mumbai


Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM


Salary:

Based on experience and current CTC. Typically offering a 15–30% hike for the right candidate.
