  • To gain a comprehensive knowledge of the company's products and services, set a sales target, and develop a marketing strategy for the same.
  • Calling existing and potential customers to update them about the recent launches.
  • Updating the database with all the customer’s information.
  • Ensuring that customers are satisfied with the services offered to them.
  • Using a sales script to handle the customers efficiently.
  • Building strong relationships with old, existing and potential customers.
  • Taking and processing customers’ orders professionally.
  • Create monthly sales reports and present them to the Business Development Executive.
  • Adhering to all the company’s rules and regulations.
