Job Title: Manager - Software Development Techno-Functional Analyst Manager (Microsoft Applications)

Location: Bangalore, India

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of software developers and analysts in the design, development, and implementation of solutions leveraging Microsoft technologies, particularly SharePoint and SQL Server.
  • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and the technical team, translating complex business needs into detailed technical specifications and ensuring the development of high-quality software solutions that meet enterprise-level requirements.
  • Define and refine the team's ways of working, establishing clear processes and system steps that enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Possess deep knowledge of building processes, system process steps, and best practices in software development, particularly within the Microsoft ecosystem.
  • Manage and prioritize the workload delivery of the team, ensuring timely and high-quality outcomes.
  • Foster strong relationships with key clients in the UK and US, ensuring their requirements are fully understood and met, and maintaining high levels of satisfaction.
  • Provide leadership, mentoring, and coaching to the team, promoting personal development and ensuring a high level of technical expertise and customer service.
  • Conduct risk assessments, performance analyses, and implement best practices to ensure the scalability, reliability, and security of applications.
  • Stay abreast of the latest Microsoft technologies and industry trends, driving innovation and continuous improvement within the team.


  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Significant experience in software development, with a strong focus on Microsoft technologies, especially SharePoint and SQL Server.
  • Proven managerial experience, with the ability to lead and motivate a team of technical professionals.
  • Extensive experience working with enterprise-level applications and managing projects for international clients, particularly in the UK and US.
  • Excellent command of the English language, capable of communicating effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to define and implement efficient work processes and system process steps.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies, capable of adapting to rapidly changing project requirements and deadlines.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with the latest industry trends and technologies.
