We are hiring Junior Recruiters for Internship.

Location: Bengaluru & Chennai

Salary: N/A (Based on Performance in Internship will be moved to full-time payroll after 6 Months)

Educational Qualification: Any Degree with a Minimum 65% Aggregate.

Experience level: Fresher

Employment Type: Full-Time

Preference: Candidates from Kerala, Uttar Pradesh, Orissa, Delhi – NCR, and Maharashtra will be shortlisted on High priority.

Responsibilities:

•  Identifying future hiring needs and developing job descriptions and specifications.
• Collaborating with department managers to compile a consistent list of requirements.
• Attracting suitable candidates through databases, online employment forums, social media, etc.
• Conducting interviews and sorting through applicants to fill open positions.
• Assessing applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions.
• Providing recruitment reports to team managers.

Skills and attributes required:

·       Standard software usage (word, ppt, excel, etc.)

• Effective leadership, decision-making skills, interpersonal and communication skills.
