Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable web applications using Node.js, Express.js, React.js, and Next.js.

• Develop RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express.js to interact with databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, Prisma, and Sequelize.

• Implement efficient data access and manipulation techniques using SQL and ORM tools.

• Write clean, well-structured, and maintainable code following best practices and coding standards.

• Troubleshoot and debug application issues, identifying and resolving root causes.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends.

• Contribute to the development of technical documentation and knowledge sharing.

Required Skills:

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, and Express.js.

• Experience with React.js and Next.js for building user interfaces.

• Solid understanding of relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and ORM tools (Prisma, Sequelize).

• Proficiency in RESTful API design and development.

• Knowledge of version control systems (Git).

• Experience with testing frameworks and methodologies (Jest, React Testing Library, etc.).

• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).

• Knowledge of GraphQL.

• Experience with containerisation (Docker, Kubernetes).

• Understanding of security best practices.

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
