Role and Responsibilities 

• Hands on experience in Telecom Domain, CDRs enrichment, rating, billing, mediation etc.  
• Interfacing with support team and finance team for invoicing and disputes resolution. 
• Hands on experience in managing databases, configurations, processes, scripting, SQL, PL-SQL (Functions, procedures) and UNIX. 
• Have end to end knowledge of Telecom call flows and CDR generation process. 
• Must have good hands-on experience in Oracle database. 
• Understanding and knowledge of wholesale billing systems.  
• Understanding and knowledge of Telecommunication concepts and components. 
• Monitor system's health and performance.
• Ensure high levels of performance, availability, sustainability, and security of servers and databases.
• Analyze, solve, and correct issues in real time.
• Refine and automate regular processes, generate reports as per requirements, track issues, and document changes.
