JOB PURPOSE (Briefly describe the objectives of the job):  

Ø This position is placed at BSEZ S2 and responsible for Export, Forwarding, Clearing, Outbound shipment with end to end tracking.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Ø Export documentation in SAP (Invoice & Packing List) & clearances / Co-ordinating with CHA/Courier and Forwarders for Export clearance timely.

Ø End to end Outbound Shipment and clearances.

Ø Co-ordinating with PM/Technical/ Warehouse and other CFT for timely clearance for Outbound.

Ø Forwarding Freight/CHA /Transporter etc., bills to HO for approval & payment.

Ø MIS preparation & other monthly reports

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION:  

Ø Commerce or Science Graduate

WORK EXPERIENCE:

Ø 4 to 7 years in Shipping documentation / Freight forwarding / Export order execution and Logistics.

TECHNICAL /FUNCTIONAL SKILL:

Ø Knowledge on Customs Clearance at ports & other required documentation for Clearance.

Ø Knowledge on Windows Word/Excel/Power Point.

Ø SAP knowledge, especially on Outbound sales.

BEHAVIORAL/MANAGERIAL SKILLS:

Ø Planning for day to day activity/Leadership qualities like Decision making, Communication and Trouble -shooting on day to day operation issues.

OTHER JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Ø Should be able to train his team members on end to end cycle of Logistics.
