Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Client Relationship Manager who will be responsible for driving sales and contribute to the topline.
Responsibilities and Duties:
• Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the client requirement
• Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence.
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
• Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
• Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
• Maintain relationship with existing customers for repeat business.
• Manage the sales growth and revenue enhancement
• Provide innovative ideas and suggestions to improve the market presence
• To explore and tap new geographical market for company.
