Key Responsibilities:
· Responsible for launching Brand Partner’s products in assigned state / territory
· Responsible for achieving revenue and volume targets
· Responsible for leading the state / area team
· Responsible for appointment of Super Distributors , Distributors and Retailers
· Responsible for developing and implementing beat / coverage plans
· Responsible for ensuring availability and visibility of products at targeted number of retail outlets
· Responsible for timely collections
· Responsible for ensuring optimum inventory levels in distribution
· Responsible for ensuring smooth and transparent implementation of schemes and promotions
· Responsible for managing relationships with channel partners and Key Accounts
· Responsible for resolving issues
· Responsible for product feedback and competition activities
Profile
· 8 – 10 years of experience in FMCG in General Trade
· At-least 3 - 4 year experience as ASM in FMCG (Food & Beverages)
- · Strong expertise in Distributor Handling and Key Accounts Handling.
