Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated Business Development Executive to join our team at Mits Healthcare Pvt Ltd. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This is a great opportunity for a fresher with less than 1 year of experience to kick-start their career in the pharmaceutical industry.

Qualifications and Skills

• Fresher with less than 1 year of experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
• Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software
• Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Prior experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus

Roles and Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities by researching and analyzing market trends
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing suitable solutions
• Achieve sales targets by effectively promoting and selling our pharmaceutical products
• Prepare and deliver effective presentations to potential clients
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of products
• Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and market intelligence
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and participate in networking events to expand business networks
