Required MBA/MSW/MHRM/PG Diploma HR Additional Qualifications Required Number of Years’ Experience required • Minimum 2years of experience in Plant HR & Admin function. Preferences Manufacturing Industries Principal Accountabilities & Responsibilities • Must have good knowledge of Time Keeping Function in shift (process knowledge of attendance, overtime, on duty etc) • Must have exposure in Contract labour management. • Active participation for providing administration related information and supervising administrative activities like general admin, verification of stationery stock, petty cash, courier, florist, pest control, housekeeping. • Should have good knowledge of Contract management, Vendor management, Transport management, Canteen Management, Security Management, Scrap Management, Stationary Management ((Collecting requisition and order), • Assist in accommodation for new joinee & their transportation • Asset Management of site locations • Liasoning and co-ordination with various departments. • Must be ready to work in shift schedule. • Day to day coordination with Driver for shift schedule and transportation. • Should strictly follow the entry, exit process, change room process & discipline in the plant. • Exposure in GMP & BSCI compliance will be preferred. Skills & Competencies Required • Thorough knowledge of administration process at manufacturing plant • Must worked in Manufacturing industries • Excellent written and verbal communication • Must have strong organizational skills with ability to multi-task and work on several administration assignments at one time.
