Misc Archive is seeking a skilled Video Editor to join our team in Thiruvananthapuram on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for bringing creative video projects to life with a keen eye for detail and a strong technical skill set. The role demands proficiency in key video editing software and the ability to manage projects from conception to completion.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Motion Graphics (Mandatory skill) is essential for this role, enabling you to craft unique and engaging video content.
• Experienced with Final Cut Pro, helping to edit video projects with precision and creativity to exceed client expectations.
• Familiar with DaVinci Resolve to enhance the visual quality of videos through advanced color grading techniques.
• Understanding of color grading processes to ensure that the video content meets the highest visual standards.
• Knowledge of cinematography, contributing to the creation of visually stunning and cohesive video content.
• Strong storyboarding skills to effectively communicate and plan video projects, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members and clients to ensure clarity and project effectiveness.
• Attention to detail, ensuring the final edited video is polished, professional, and free of technical errors.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Assemble raw footage, with a hands-on approach to import and edit videos for promotional and marketing purposes.
